At AkhiWear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward Returns & Exchanges policy to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. Please read the following guidelines and instructions:
Eligibility Criteria:
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support team at support@akhiwear.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the item.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (including all tags and accessories) and include a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method of your choice. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
Exchange Process:
- Contact our customer support team at support@akhiwear.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
- Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (including all tags and accessories) and include a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method of your choice. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange. The replacement item will be shipped to you promptly. Please note that any price difference between the exchanged items may be applicable and will be handled separately.
Conditions and Limitations:
- Items that are damaged, worn, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the returned item is adequately packaged and protected during transit. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our eligibility criteria or fail to comply with the instructions provided.
